Workshop and showcooking event in Italy!

Congratulations to our partners from CNR-ISPA who organized a successful workshop entiteled: “Jellyfish, waste or resource? Research strategies and opportunities for local development” in Lecce, Italy. CNR-ISPA and two other GoJelly parnters from ARDITI and Sanpietro SCA presented their work done so far on the use of jellyfish as a novel “western” food or feed in aquaculture. The issues concerning jellyfish processing as well as legal and food safetly aspects were presented. At the end of the workshop a showcooking demonstration was done by a local chef Sig. Fabiano Viva, who made dishes by using local jellyfish.
