Our colleague, Antonella Leone from CNR-ISPA, presented their work within GoJelly project about using jellyfish as a valuable resource in food industry in the occasion of the conference for the 10 years anniversary of CANA-CNRS (a vessel donated by Italy to CNRS-Libanon).
